She goes out of her way to help both patients and staff achieve their goals. Lisa lives in San Rafael and enjoys running, hiking, and going to restaurants and cafes. She is married with two darling children, Gabriella and Marino.

You can often hear Dr. Sanders say, “Being at Whisper Hearing is like being a part of a big family.” He grew up in the Sacramento area, and it means a lot to him to give back to the community where he had such a wonderful childhood. Charley is an avid “Star Trek” fan. When he isn’t working at Whisper Hearing Center or Sacramento State—or keeping the plants in the office alive—he enjoys working in his his yard, going to the movies, hiking, backpacking, reading, and spending as much time as possible on Maui. Charley lives in Elk Grove, CA and is married with three children, Ashley, Devon, and Zachary.

Carol loves camping, golfing, and reading books on her Kindle. She is married with two children, Alexander and Spencer.

Dr. Valla strives to make the most of each patient visit. He listens to patients carefully and provides solutions that are in their best interests. He specializes in addressing hearing and balance issues. His philosophy is that If you have a need, he will find a solution. When he’s not at Whisper Hearing Center, Andrew is outside! He likes to ride his bicycle, swim in San Francisco Bay, and experience the wonderful sites of the Bay Area. Andrew also competes in triathlons and has completed four Ironman races to date. He enjoys a good meal and wine with friends, but most of all, spending time with his wonderful wife, Paula, and their son, Hunter.

Dr. Philliposian takes time to discover what matters the most to each patient, fits them to perfection, and exceeds their expectations. She is there for Whisper Hearing Center patients for the long term. If her patients have issues, they know they can count on her. Carey enjoys cycling on the roads of Marin County, working in her garden at the Fort Mason Community Garden, going to the movies, doing yoga, reading, cooking exotic meals, and traveling the world. Carey is a native San Franciscan and plans to dwell in her favorite city for many more years.

Investing in the lives of her patients is the key to meeting their communication needs. Tracy feels that the best part of her job is hearing great stories about how much her patients are enjoying their hearing aids and how their quality of life has improved. She loves hearing how a patient understood his grandchild’s whisper for the first time or was finally able to follow the conversation at a family dinner. Helping people achieve those “firsts” is her goal. Tracy is an enthusiastic arts lover. She sings and performs with a local opera company and is learning to play guitar. She also enjoys cooking, the outdoors, hiking, and cycling and is completing her first century ride this year. She lives in Rocklin with her husband and sweet daughter, Madeline.

Enjoying her new found family at Whisper Hearing, Dr. Storm joins the Whisper Hearing team all the way from St. Louis, MO. Bringing her “people first” mentality, Dr. Storm shares her midwest values and light-hearted nature at each and every appointment. Knowing that each person she sees has different needs, she uses her education and experience to help each patient make a decision that will help them connect back to their world of hearing. When she isn’t at Whisper Hearing, you can find Dr. Storm serving her community. Twice a year, she runs a team of audiologists at a clinic in St. Louis, MO called Give Kids a Smile. This clinic provides hearing screenings for underserved children in the area. Dr. Storm resides in San Francisco and enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs Conner and Cody.

Practicing audiology is as much about listening as it is about hearing. With over ten years in the profession, Dr. Krantz Jennings appreciates that every person’s experience with hearing loss is unique. She enjoys sharing information with and learning from the people she serves. Together this leads to the discovery and application of strategies and/or technologies for successful communication in an often noisy world. Prior to practicing at Whisper Hearing Center, Dr. Krantz Jennings was an audiologist at UCSF Medical Center for several years. A native of Wisconsin, Kimberly enjoys exploring the beauty of California year round, spending time with family and friends, and tackling home improvement projects with her husband.

Dr. Pak’s goal is to ensure that every patient receives the absolute highest quality of care. She recognizes the unique, individual needs of each of her patients, and she is dedicated to finding solutions tailored to fit those needs. Dr. Pak works with pediatric and adult patients, and is experienced in serving the needs of each group. She is highly knowledgeable in all forms of conventional and digital hearing aid technology, as well as in assistive listening devices. Dr. Pak also specializes in electrophysiological evaluations and in the evaluation of patients with dizziness and balance disorders. Dr. Pak is a native of Southern California, and she is fluent in American Sign Language and Korean. She enjoys traveling, archery, kayaking, being outdoors, arts and craft, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.

Patty has been in audiology for more than 20 years. She does a great job of explaining what to expect when coming to our practice.
