Making an appointment

When you call for an appointment, tells us what type of insurance you have. Present your insurance card at the time of your appointment. If we recommend hearing aids, we can help you determine if your plan offers a hearing aid benefit and what the terms are.

Kaiser, Hills Physician,  and Marin IPA members
